Imagine 2023/Winter Program 2024 Banquet

Who: Open to our BKMB Members and their family
What: A Family style sit down dinner with video presentations and Recognition Awards
Where: AquaTurf Club in Plantsville, CT
When: Wednesday April 17, 2024 from 6pm - 8:30pm
Cost: $35 per person; Senior class members are free (if Dues are in Good Standard)

It’s that time of year! Below you will find the information we need you to fill out to provide to our Banquet Committee. Tables are set at maximum of TEN people per AquaTurf, and you will be seated with your family. If you know who else you would like to be seated with, please list. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes. Priority seating goes to Seniors and their families. We do try to seat sections in close proximity to each other to the best of our ability. We will collect forms and checks at any of the Band Backers Meetings, or they can be left at Jennifer Colonero’s mailbox at: 40 White Oak Drive, Southington CT.

We will present our Season Recap and Senior/sectional Sentiments Videos: Please send any pictures you would like considered to Publicity@southingtonbkmb.com by 4/1/2024. We can also accept completed invites and payment at the next Band Backer meeting April 3, 2034.

This form is to be submitted no later than 4/1/2024. This is to ensure we are able to accommodate everyone's seating suggestions and food allergies. We cannot promise either if received after that date. Thank you for understanding.
