What are Superbowl Subsales?

• BKMB’s largest winter-time FUNdraiser! Working in teams and individually, students sell, assemble, and deliver subs throughout Southington.  This is a time-honored tradition for Super Bowl Sunday! 

When does the fundraiser happen?

• Team Sales: January 10th-11th and January 17th-18th from 9:30 AM - 3PM. Students are asked to signup for a team before the Winter Break- please remind them to do so.
• Individual Sales: January 19th-25th.
• ALL ORDERS and monies collected are due by January 26th- late orders will not be accepted.

What are team and individual sales?

• Team sales are done by students in groups, driven by a parent, to an assigned area of the town. Students go door-to-door selling subs or receiving donations to the band.
• Individual sales are done after Team sales are over. 

What is different this year?

• This year we’re going digital!  As students are taking orders, they will enter all order information (the sub types, number of subs, and the person ordering) into a very user-friendly form using their cell phone.  This will let us track order information and easily share data. **different form than 2025**

What happens on Superbowl Sunday?

• Students will deliver subs (between approximately 11AM-3PM)
